Scope
This document will detail the steps necessary to Factory reset the printer.
Purpose
Factory reset if the barcodes were off the cutting lines.
Steps
- Make sure the sensor (greenlight) shines at the middle of the paper roll.
- Label roll is pushed all the way to the left, both at the pivot where the paper is loaded and at the entrance where the labels come out.
- Turn off printer.
- Hold the Pause and Feed buttons while turning on the printer. Keep holding the buttons until the calibration is complete (when blank labels stop coming out).
- Go to Settings > Printer and set the print darkness to 30.
