What Is This?

Use this document as a reference in case Robin’s computer needs reinstalling.

Back up the Excel Macro folder: %APPDATA%/Microsoft/Excel/XLSTART
Export the license key file for Copernic Search Desktop
Back up the old PST file for her Outlook. As the time of writing, it’s located at AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\

After reinstalling the machine, we need to reinstall the software she uses. Below is the list of the software:

Personal Financial Statement Plus: Refer to the License & Keys section for license info. Note: The database is stored at Documents\PFS Plus Data\PFS Plus.pfs.
Sage.
Business Mind.
Microsoft Office.
Copernic Desktop Search: Import the license key in after installing the software.
Team Viewer & Team Viewer Meeting.
KeepassXC.
Adobe Reader.
Google Chrome.
ESET
Able to Extract: Refer to the License & Keys section for license info.

Import license for Copernic Search.
Activate Able to Extract.
Copy the backed up Excel Macro to %APPDATA%/Microsoft/Excel/XLSTART.
Reconfigure Business Mind to work.
Log in and activate Acrobat PDF. Robin should have the credential.
Add PDF add-in to Word.
Map drives to the computer.
Make sure OneDrive is completely synced, so all her app data can be there (such as for PFS).
Import the archived email PST files to Robin’s Outlook, then exclude Copernic Search from indexing the folder that contains these email files if we have it imported to Outlook. We don’t want double indexing. It’s a waste or resources on robin’s computer.
Configure her scanner, and also install the software Epson ScanSmart.
Change default apps for mailto protocol to use Outlook.
Unassign & assign new license to GoToMyPC for Robin. She should have the credentials.
