Installation on a Client Device

1. Extract the ZIP folder to the target computer’s C:\ drive (or any other drive, honestly).
2. Open the msis folder and install the followings:
   • All the font files.
   • ReportViewer.msi
   • SQLSysClrTypes.msi
3. yJewel.exe is the program file. Create a shortcut of that file on the Desktop and rename it to Wjewel.
4. Right click on the shortcut created above, select Properties > Compability > Change high DPI settings > Check the box Override high DPI scaling behavior. and select System (Enhanced).

Configuration Files

In case we need to update the remote server’s IP address, or credentials, find and modify the files located at:

1. config\CLBK.exe.config
2. config\yJewel.exe.config
3. yJewel.exe.config

Misc: The file CLBK is the executable file to start the SQL backup process.

What to Back Up

To back up the server for disaster recovery, on the server, simply back up the following folders:

1. C:\Backups
2. C:\History
3. C:\Scanned
4. C:\WJewelimgs
