Scope & Purposes
This document will detail the steps in changing certain administrative settings on our phones. Our phone system is ancient, and there’s not much documentation out there, so this is all I could figure out.
Notes
The default admin PIN is 0000. It can also be 91345, according to Robbie.
The Hold button acts like the OK button. The Page & Scroll buttons act like scrollbar to scroll through items. Vol buttons are used as a delete button. Mode acts like back button.
Change Phone Name
- Press Mode > ADMN.
- Enter PIN number, press Hold.
- Use Page & Scroll to navigate to Phone Name, and press Hold.
- Enter the target phone’s ID (page number?), for example, 300, then press Hold.
- Edit the name and press Hold to finish.
